Taylor Swift 1989 World Tour Live Concert Film Is Coming To Apple Music

Yesterday, it was Taylor Swift's birthday. She just turn 26, the same age I turned 6 days earlier. Happy Birthday, Taylor Swift. Last year, MTV has aired 25 Candles: Taylor Swift's MTV Moments. Yesterday, Taylor Swift has announced her 1989 World Tour live concert film on Apple Music.

According to Billboard, Christmas is coming early for Taylor Swift fans.

Apple Music announced that, yesterday, a concert film of Taylor Swift’s mega-successful 1989 world tour will be available exclusively on the company's music streaming service beginning December 20. That's in 6 days.

Directed by Jonas Akerlund, The 1989 World Tour LIVE Concert Film will feature Taylor Swift’s entire concert at ANZ Stadium in Sydney, Australia, on Nov. 28. The film will also include never-before-seen footage from backstage and tour rehearsals, and the special guests who appeared on stage with the pop star during the tour like Selena Gomez.

“Getting ready for this I wondered about a lot of things,” the Wildest Dreams singer says in a trailer for the film. “I wondered what it would be like to perform for 70,000 people. I wondered what would happen if I invited the most amazing artists in the world to come out with me and perform on my stage -- would they do it? This is the 1989 world tour.”

The concert film will be available December 20 to Apple Music members at applemusic.com/taylorswift. Those who don’t have an account can sign up for a free three-month trial at apple.com/music.

Today, Apple Music’s Beats 1 radio station host Zane Lowe will sit down with the hot singer from Sydney.

That's awesome. I'm really excited for he Taylor Swift 1989 live concert film this Sunday. Then, in January, Taylor Swift will be releasing her Out Of The Woods music video just in time for the New Year's. The music video will be taking place in New Zealand. That way, New Zealand will be familiar with Taylor Swift. As Taylor Swift wraps up her 1989 tour in Australia, she will be heading out for the Grammys and then, Taylor Swift's tenth anniversary on her career. 2016 will be a big year for Taylor Swift with the first greatest hits album which will be her next pop album, which includes singles that you won't find on pop radio like Ours. Sounds exciting!

What do you think about Taylor Swift releasing her live concert film on Apple Music? Sound off!

  1. Right now, we're early early early in the game. And, for now, live event streaming is primarily used for marketing purposes -- augmenting, not replacing, the event experience. www.concertsutah.com
