Taylor Swift Won The Grammys Is Back

Swifties, we got some exciting news.

Taylor Swift brings back winning a Grammy nominations. That’s right, Taylor Swift, the rarest pop music, has won a Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Music Video for Bad Blood. It's good to have Taylor Swift winning a Grammy back. But wait, that’s not all.

Taylor Swift’s 1989 has won the Album of the Year for 1989 making 1989 the second Taylor Swift album to win an Album of the Year nomination following 2008’s Fearless won Album of the Year in 2010. I would say, congrats, Tay-Tay.

Now then, as you may know that Taylor Swift and Taylor Swift’s pop music not only misrepresent Taylor Swift’s crossover career, but Taylor Swift and Taylor Swift’s pop music also misrepresent Big Machine Records. Why? 2 things: Teardrops On My Guitar was played on pop radio and Fearless era. That’s it. The only Taylor Swift making music for other genres like country is 2006 and Tim McGraw’s Highway Don’t Care. Why can’t Taylor Swift’s music going by different genres like country? I hate Taylor Swift are pop music appearance. Taylor Swift is a pop artist appearance did scare off Taylor Swift’s crossover and other genres like country and people love Taylor Swift appearance. Poor, T-Swizzle. I’m sure she only likes the positives and not the negatives. Mean, anyone?

Anyway, it’s been 4 years ago when Taylor Swift will have to keep a track between pop music and other genres like country until Big Machine Records suggest that pop music wanted to recreate the success of Taylor Swift writes songs about boys version of pop music. So Scott Borchetta hires Max Martin and record big names producers version of pop songs like 22 (great song by the way) in other places like Sweden before she puts her pop songs like Everything Has Changed on her fourth crossover pop-country record, Red in 2012.

The result, Taylor Swift’s pop songs like I Knew You Were Trouble version of Taylor Swift’s crossover country album did misrepresent the fourth crossover country album and pop songs version of Red tracks like We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together really screwed up Taylor Swift’s music going by other genres like country. This caused the Red era unable to play her music like Begin Again on other genres like country while the critics who praised the whole album calls this pop-country album, pop and not continuing crossover music like country.

How will Taylor Swift ever gonna make a true pop records if all her pop albums sound like they could’ve come from another genre like country? So Taylor Swift got an idea. She changed her genre to pop from a different popular music genre like country and make her first Taylor Swift albums only have pop songs version of pop album. The result? 1989, Taylor Swift’s fifth album, has sold almost 1.3 million copies in the US making 1989 the rarest pop album ever spawning 6 singles, Shake It Off, Blank Space, Style, Bad Blood, Wildest Dreams, and Out Of The Woods. 1989 has the most US number ones of any US Taylor Swift number ones with 5 including Shake It Off, Blank Space, Style, Bad Blood and Wildest Dreams topping the Pop Songs chart and Shake It Off, Blank Space, and Bad Blood topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Now that’s a success. Great album by the way. Better than the messy Red album and Red’s overrated pop songs like I Knew You Were Trouble.

That’s why 1989 and its singles like Blank Space are far superior to the overrated Red era like I Knew You Were Trouble. I’ll take 1989 over Red anyday. If Taylor Swift wanted to stay pop, she has to try something new because she never make the same album twice. Anyway, congratulations, Taylor Swift. You've earned a Grammy nomination. I'm proud of you. If you want to continue to make different experiments of pop music, be your guest.

Why is Taylor Swift gonna do now? How about taking a break from making a studio album and make a 10th anniversary singles collection this year and have all non-pop music like country music moved to pop music and turned them into pop songs. That would be something that Taylor Swift will look forward too. Taylor Swift is not a thing in the past. She needs to stay.

What do you think? Are you happy that Taylor Swift has won a Grammy for Album of the Year? Sound off below!
