That's right, you said it Little Black Stars. Remember Avril Lavigne wanted less pop songs on her sixth album? Well, let's talk about five reasons we would like to see on Avril Lavigne's sixth album. I hope you enjoy my opnions on Avril Lavigne's next upcoming album for summer/fall 2015.
5 Things We Want To See In Avril Lavigne's Sixth Album
5. No More Bratty Songs
I really have to agree on everyone that Avril Lavigne needs to stop making bratty songs and try something new. Simple as that.
4. Go 100% Rock
If Avril Lavigne's music has to be less pop, then it might not gonna be pop music at all. Instead, let's have Avril Lavigne moved to rock music. Remember Taylor Swift used to be country and then moved to pop this decade? If Taylor Swift wanted to go more pop, then Avril Lavigne will have to take a new direction and heads towards rock. That's right, she can go mainstream rock. If any pop star can gone rock, that would be the one and only mother(bleep)ing princess. This will allow Avril Lavigne to tackle rock music after pop music is getting tired of her bratty songs like What The Hell. For a rock single with a crossover appeal for rock, have Max Martin produced Avril Lavigne's crossover rock single for pop radio. That would be something that she might interested in.
3. Better Promotion
I do have to agree that Avril Lavigne needs good promotions for her new sixth album and her new sixth album singles. With Avril Lavigne moving to rock, have her newly shifted rock music played on rock radio so that way rock radio will get intrested in Avril Lavigne's new rock music. It would be pretty cool if Avril Lavigne might gonna promote her first rock music for rock music stations. In addition, Avril Lavigne might want to work with better writers like Chad Kroeger (her Canadian husband from Nickelback) and not ugly writers like Martin Johnson. If Avril Lavigne works with Max Martin, then have Max Martin help Avril Lavigne to work on her crossover rock song for pop radio. No bratty songs. Please. Oh yeah, have Avril Lavigne's first rock music videos helped her rock singles to be huge hits on rock radio and allowing rock music to get back on mainstream. This will allow mainstream public to play rock music that otherwise unable to be shown in general public besides playing on just rock radio. No more Epic Records. Sony screwed up her career since 2004. Instead, have Avril Lavigne to bring back Arista or resign Sony and moved to Universal. That would be nice.
2. More Collabos
Remember that Avril Lavigne does her first artist collabo single, Let Me Go with Chad Kroeger? Well then, let's have Avril Lavigne to tackle new collabos. For example: imagine Ed Sheeran featured in Avril Lavigne's future single for rock radio. So let's have many different artists like Kelly Clarkson to be featured in an Avril Lavigne single. For my pick, I would have to go with Ariana Grande. Ariana Grande would fit nicely with Avril Lavigne allowing Ariana Grande to share the lyrics with Avril Lavigne in a RnB rock single. Plus, the RnB mixed in a rock song would be perfect for the Avril Lavigne/Ariana Grande collabo. That's just my opinion.
1. Bring Back Number 1 Hits
OK, my last pick on this countdown is to bring back number 1 Avril Lavigne singles. She hasn't do a number 1 hit song in 8 years since Girlfreind came out in 2007. So she needs a 2010s number 1. Many artists like Katy Perry do have 2010s number 1s. So why Avril Lavigne doesn't have a 2010s number 1? Bratty songs like Smile can easily ruined her number 1 hit songs. So if Avril Lavigne's sixth album only have rock songs instead of bratty songs, then it will make Avril Lavigne a much easier time to get her number 1 singles quick and fast. So with Avril Lavigne's first rock song from her first rock album if that will be her sixth album, that rock song will top the US rock Billboard charts. Rock radio can play Avril Lavigne's first rock singles and have Avril Lavigne's rock music to top the rock Billboard charts whatever she wants without the need of pop music.
OK, that's it for my picks that I want to see on Avril Lavigne's sixth album. I hope you like my picks on the upcoming sixth Avril Lavigne album if it's gonna announced in 2015.
