Music Stars Makes History At The Emmys

It's official, Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Adele will headline list or music-related Emmy nominations as Beyonce's Lemonade gets 4 nominations while Lady Gaga's powerful anti-rape song, Til It Happens To You, featured in the documentary The Hunting Ground, also recieved a nomination. It looks like music's stars wil shine bright at the 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards.

Anyway, it appears that Beyonce and Adele means more than just the possibility of winning another award at the 2016 Emmy nominations.

Both pop stars along with a useless celebrity are now one step closer to being EGOT winners - aka winners of an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony.

Anyway, Beyonce is nominated for her third Emmy, for co-directing her HBO visual album and film Lemonade. That's because Beyonce is hot. Check out her butt and her breasts. That's why she's hot. Anyway, she has won 17 Grammys as a solo artist and three with Destiny's Child. OK, off to Adele. By the way, Adele is hot. Her breasts are hot just to let you know.

Adele is nominated for her first Emmy, for Outstanding Variety Special for Adele Live in New York City. The singer has two out of the four EGOT awards; she won her first and only Oscar in 2013, for her theme song to the James Bond movie Skyfall, and also recieved 10 Grammys since 2008. That's because Adele is hot. Especially her nice butt and her sext breasts. Oh boy I gotta love Adele's butt. Check out that nice butt Adele has. OK, here's what Consequence Of Sound has to say about this. Hit it.

Music's stars will shine bright at the 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards

The nominations for the 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were revealed today, and it looks as if some musical powerhouses are in good position to clean up at the television-based awards ceremony.

Among active musicians, British singer-songwriter Adele picked up the most nominations with five. Her Adele Live In New York City NBC broadcast event is up for Outstanding Variety Special, Outstanding Directing, Outstanding Hairstyling, Outstanding Technical Direction, and Outstanding Lighting Design/Direction.

Beyoncé’s powerful HBO short film Lemonade also cleaned up with four nominations, including Outstanding Variety Special, Outstanding Directing (Kahlil Joseph & Beyoncé Knowles Carter), Outstanding Production Design, and Outstanding Picture Editing.

What Happened, Miss Simone?, a Netflix documentary about Nina Simone, is up for awards in six categories: Outstanding Documentary, Outstanding Directing, Outstanding Cinematography, Outstanding Picture Editing, Outstanding Sound Editing, and Outstanding Sound Mixing. (The Liz Garbus-directed film also received a 2016 Oscar nomination for Best Documentary Film earlier this year.)

Lady Gaga‘s powerful anti-rape song “Til It Happens To You”, featured in the documentary The Hunting Ground, also received a nomination, though Gaga won’t receive an award for the win (it’ll go to co-writer Diane Warren instead).

Music-related shows up for Emmy awards include Vinyl (which probably won’t win) and Empire (which might). For a full list of the nominees, click here."

Thanks, Consequence Of Sound. Let's hope Beyonce and Adele gets to win an Emmy this year.
